The header element of the text field table is empty, and the headers of some fields and the fields themselves (i.e. fieldsets) do not have a legend. However, the purpose of a table is described by the field’s header and its row and column headers, and headers and fields without a legend are connected by labels in the source code.
Operable
2.4.1 Bypass Blocks A
The text field table has an accesskey attribute, which might conflict with keyboard shortcuts that users have set up.
