Regulating agency
If you notice flaws in the accessibility of the service, first leave feedback to us, i.e. the administrator of the service. Receiving a response might take 14 days. If you are not content with the response or you do not receive one in two weeks, you can send a message to the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland. The website of the agency has instructions on how to lodge a request or a complaint and how they are processed.
